📖 Narrative

HealSpace is an intergalactic pharmaceutical, known for their high technology and health capabilities to treat patients with severe diseases and inabilities. The renown company explores and experiments with unknown life found in new explored star systems, this allows them to create new miraculous drugs. But this new exploration has gone array and an unknown entity has leaked into a space station called Hope, spreading and constantly growing without limitations. Confused and time lost a patient wakes up from cryosleep to find out that the space station is no longer as it was and with an ever growing threat haunting the HealSpace facilities.

ℹ️ Synopsis

Recently awaken from cryogenic sleep, you find yourself in an abandoned space station, with no tripulants to be seen, and a haunting entity which is propagating throughout the facility.

You will need to traverse all threats created by the entity with the help of a UV light which will be used as a tool to stop the alien creature from propagating and to open a path amidst the entity’s growth. It’s spread won’t just affect the environment but the player, and they will need to halt at all cost the growth of the entity within them.

🛕 Core Pillars

• Atmosphere: sounds, lack of light, visuals are used to create a tense and immersive experience.
• Spreading&Growing: the entity creates harmful surfaces which grow over time, this will allow us to create different scenarios which will required quick thinking puzzles under tense situations. Its own properties create risky situations which reward exploration.
• Infected: in order to create a continuous threat, we have developed an infection system which the player will need to handle if it wants to survive. The infection bar will be defining the player’s current state and, depending of the progression status of the infection, the player will have symptoms which will be affecting gameplay.
