The game art is based on several references that we can classify in the following categories: the visual style, the setting and the entity.

Visual Style:

We have been inspired by games like Metal Gear Solid 1, Spyro the Dragon and Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, which have an aesthetic of low poly 3D models and pixelated textures, reminiscent of the first generation PlayStation games.

Atmosphere:

We have drawn on games like Alien Isolation and Dead Space, which have a horror and sci-fi setting, with dark, claustrophobic and detailed environments. Using this atmosphere to create a sense of immersion and tension in the player, and to make the game more challenging and exciting.

The Entity:

We took inspiration from the mushrooms in The Last of Us and some real-life fungi, such as Black Fungi Tendrils or Mycelium Roots, to create the alien creature that is the antagonist of the game. We have used this inspiration to create an original and terrifying entity, which has an organic and parasitic appearance and poses a threat to humanity.
